Hitting Reset In Your Health


I love GYST videos, life resets, and how I changed my life videos. There’s something so intriguing about making over your life. Of sprinkling some fairy dust over your life and it all changing for the better. Unfortunately, those videos aren’t reality for the majority of us. In fact, they can easily distort our vision of what it really takes to hit reset and make real changes on our health.

It’s not impossible though. There are some great ways you can hit reset on your health. Here's a list of activities I’d recommend implementing to see where and how you can hit reset in your health in a way that will last (because after all we want these changes to stick around).

  • Journal about what your goals are + why you aren’t working towards them

  • Write out new goals that make sense + are realistic

  • Come up with 3 action steps to do to achieve the goals + put a timeline on it

  • Clean up your room

  • Declutter your kitchen/pantry/fridge

  • Drink 100 oz of water daily

  • Start your day with lemon water

  • Commit to one meal being full of veggies

  • Food journal

  • Take proper suppleness (doTERRA’s LLV is an amazing starting point)

  • Go outside and put your feet in the grass

  • Cut out a food group

  • Plan a workout + follow through

  • Change up your environment to help you reach your goals

  • Meal prep

Pick any or all of these activities and slowly start hitting reset. Or go crazy and do them all in one day. Whichever way you choose, be sure to actually make a plan that allows your reset to last for quite a while.
