Homemade Vegan Granola Recipe

I love some granola. It jazzes up any breakfast or snack. Except ones that don’t go well with granola…

We’ll ignore those for the time being and jump into this super easy recipe for making granola at home! Saving money and knowing what’s in your food, what could be better?

It’d only be better if you put granola on top so let’s get to baking.

Homemade Granola Recipe

Ingredients:

4 cups raw oats

1 cup nuts/seeds

1/3 cup oil

1/3 cup agave

1/2 cup dried fruit

Spices + Vanilla

Cacao nibs (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl (except cacao nibs).

Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl.

Mix wet and dry.

Place on a cookie sheet with foil or wax paper.

Top with cacao nibs.

Bake 20-30 minute until desired crunchiness.
